Design-build retrofit of existing space command building; 27 separate security clearances throughout command center. 20% of communications upgrade is for TSSCI and higher networks. Replace 120/208 volt distribution system in 282,000 square foot (30-story) secure facility. Replacing communications cabling to facilitate 1,400 cubicles.

Design-build replacement of manual double-throw switch with electro-mechanical reversing gear for 20 knife switches (40 horsepower motors) with contactors in new enclosures. Maintain all existing controls. Mechanical upgrade, power plant, cooling tower and motor controls.

Systems consist of power distribution system, lighting, fire alarm, lightning protection, security system and a 25 KW photovoltaic system. Our Voice/Data/Video department scope of work consists of interior tele/data system, cabling for CATV, outside plant cabling and fiber optic services for the building.
