The staff at BEC would like to take a moment to honor former electrician Lee Houston Wilkie, who passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013. Wilkie was a part of the Berwick family for more than 30 years and was a member and supporter of the IBEW, Local 113 for more than 60 years.

Lee was a hard worker, but he also knew how to have fun. In addition to being an avid hunter and fisher, he also enjoyed spending time on the golf course with friends. Lee was a member of the VFW, Post 4051 and a member of the Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church.

BEC was lucky to be enriched by Lee’s gifts and talents for so many years, and he will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Lee Wilkie may be made to: Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation - 1-800-225-5355, or to the Alzheimer’s Association - Colorado Chapter - 455 Sherman St., Suite 5000, Denver, CO 80203.
